Rishikesh Ram Bhandary, born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, is currently a doctoral student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy where he is specializing in climate change policy and negotiations. He entered the world of climate negotiations as a youth delegate in Bali and has never left. He has worked on forest carbon issues for the Nepali Ministry of Forests and the World Bank.
